We offer a wide range of small animal veterinary services including dentistry, digital radiology, ultrasound, wellness and vaccination programs, routine as well as specialty surgery, in-house and outside laboratory, laser therapy, and more.

We are looking for an experienced, team oriented, outgoing and friendly customer service driven individual who understands the role the front desk staff plays to be the "face" of Copper Basin Veterinary Clinic. Our client representative team is essential to the daily success of our clinic and their ability to uphold the positive presentation and efficient skills to ensure scheduling and communication success are extremely valued.

The role of associate CSR reports directly to the Practice Manager and includes the responsibilities of all aspects of customer service skills, adapting customer service protocols to meet our clients' and patients' needs, and setting and tracking goals with hospital management.

Knowledge:

Computer systems, basic technical knowledge including sending and checking emails and messaging platforms, typing, basic office clerical duties and book keeping, cash handling, answering multi-line phone system

Job Duties:

The CSR is responsible for managing phone calls. Schedules patient appointments and directs patients appropriately to the correct departments

The CSR facilitates the patient registration flow, including such activities as patient identification; gathering demographic information; securing accurate financial information; obtaining required signatures and documents; and entering registration data into hospital information computer system.

Checking in patients and communicating with veterinary team members about patient needs

Minimum 1-2 years CSR experience

Veterinary experience preferred but not required

Avimark PIMS knowledge a PLUS

Hours and days will vary depending on schedule but our office hours are Mon/Tues/Th/Fri 8-5 and Wed 8-12

Starting pay $13-$15 depending on experience
