Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee our high-end residential projects in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury home construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction for luxury residential projects, from ground-breaking to final completion.
- Manage daily on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure the vision for the project is realized.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing luxury home projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes specific to high-end residential properties.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
