Administrative Assistant

Mortgage lender is seeking an executive assistant to assist with a variety of duties related to the daily administrative operations of the branch. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedule and communication of Branch Manager
  • Prioritize emails and telephone calls
  • Effective communication with sales and operations staff
  • Assist with preparing meetings
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Work second-in-command to the Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
  • Assist the Manager with operational issues.
  • Maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness
  • Assist team with training new operations and sales staff
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Compensation: Commensurate with experience
