Job Details

Masis Professional Group has a new hybrid opportunity (2 days in office/3 remote) with a local college. We are looking for someone to work through the summer supporting the Grants and Sponsored Research Office.


The Coordinator is the principal team member providing clerical support of the day to day. This includes the following:

  • Provides general administrative support to the office, including the scheduling of meetings, ordering of office supplies, the dissemination of documents and correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
  • Data entry grant activity and contacts with funders and collaborators into college information management systems, including Salesforce and Workday.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Data Entry and Information Management: , maintains Grants Office records in Salesforce and Workday. Generates reports on colleges institutional and sponsored research grant activity and collaborations. Carries out administrative support tasks related to proposal preparation and award administration as assigned.

General administrative support: Helps to organize shared work spaces and orders office supplies as needed. Assists the Director and team with meeting scheduling, site visits, and the dissemination of proposals and preparation of reports. Proofreads proposals, reports, budgets and correspondence as requested to ensure they are free of errors. Takes notes at departmental meetings as requested.

:

  • At least two years of office experience, preferably an understanding of fundraising in an educational or nonprofit setting preferred, not required.
  • Experience entering and tracking information in enterprise-level and departmental systems, preferably in Workday or Salesforce.
  • Ability to proofread and work in Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
