Job Details

Are you goal oriented, competitive, and enjoy meeting sales goals but tired of the stress of your salary being tied to commission? Take your successful sales experience and put it towards helping customers with their consumer loan needs. You will develop relationships with current and prospective customers with the goal of generating opportunities to promote the Bank s products and services in the workplace and obtain new customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating new consumer loans and its associated products and services through various proactive efforts.

Principal Activities and Duties:

Personally provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
Achieve all goals by consistently implementing effective relationship building techniques taught in training and consistent with the Bank s service philosophy and business standards.
Consistently generate new loan production and the associated products and services through proactive efforts including: utilization of effective outbound calling efforts, networking and community events, soliciting current customers within the branch (in-branch only), handling CHAT inquiries and through participation in trade shows.
Identify businesses and key business owners within the community that may lead to new Preferred Referral Sources (Vendors).
Attend a minimum of one networking activity each month that helps to generate new asset or referral opportunities.
Adhere to all operational processes and procedures that have been put in place within the loan center assigned.
Comply with all Federal and State Banking regulations that apply.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of related sales experience required with a proven track record of achieving desired results required.
High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor s degree strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability and desire to consistently deliver quality service and build customer relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct formal presentations.
Demonstrated proactive techniques, creativity, resourcefulness, and self-motivation in producing results.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage and perform multiple tasks while delivering professional results.
Must be available until 7pm on weekdays and on Saturdays.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

This branch is open Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
