The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary: $200K/Annum
Job Description:
- Delivery Leader, with experience managing P&L of 50M and team size of over 500 or having managed large technology teams, with proven track record of growing/building accounts/teams from scratch.
- Prior experience working with Big Tech, FinTech and/or Big 6 consulting is a must
- Must have strong technology acumen, preferably demonstrated architecture and solution expertise in delivering technology led programs using Mobile, AI/Client, Java technology stack in the recent past.
- Years of experience needed - 18+ years' experience

- Must have strong technology acumen, preferably demonstrated architecture and solution expertise in delivering technology led programs using Mobile, AI/Client, Java technology stack in the recent past.
- Demonstrated Innovation & Thought leadership in technology programs.
- Track record in winning complex RFPs, spanning across service lines and demonstrated leadership in delivering from RFP to successful program/s delivery.
- Has experience in managing complex engagements - through technology led, hands-on approach, including T&M, Managed and outcome based work.
- Proven track record in working and delivering multiple large scale digital and cloud transformation programs for Financial services customers. Point of view on cloud adoption approach, methodologies and best practices. Has strong technology acumen in modern technologies, including Cloud and Digital areas
- Has delivered multiple large programs as Technical Director/Manager- familiar with full-scale and complex Agile program delivery and toolset.
- Confident and comfortable in developing solution pitch, incubating and spearheading consulting engagements, leading to large deal.
- Self-starter, excellent communication & inter-personal skills, able to multi-task and demonstrate leadership in delivering consistent value to customer and internal stakeholder.
- Has demonstrated experience working with C-suite in delivering business plans, IT roadmap, technology and transformation consulting services
