The role
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Solution Consultant at PeopleReign. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for telling stories with PeopleReign products that captivate, educate, and inspire prospects to partner with us.
Specific responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, developing custom demos, supporting presales activities, contributing to sales efforts, managing projects, and telling great stories that celebrate humans at work.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose effective solutions
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth, fast-paced high-tech environment
- Presales: Knowledge and expertise supporting presales activities
- Sales: Understanding of sales processes and ability to contribute to sales efforts
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects and ensuring their successful completion
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the IT or HR industry is a plus
- At least three years of enterprise SaaS experience as a Solution Consultant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, etc.)
