The Branch Manager is responsible for developing/coaching their team and providing the profitable and safe functioning of the branch. The Branch Manager reviews all aspects of branch operations, interprets corporate goals, prepares, and executes annual budgets, and plans and implements sales and operational initiatives to achieve profitable business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to safety, personnel, facility, inventory, equipment, and the overall business results. What You'll Do Drives profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize all aspects of branch performance. Leads external digital strategy through customer digital adoption Provides leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
