Essential Job Duties will include:

  • Aid hiring managers in the development and review of hiring plans, screening/interview tools, and staffing strategies. Respond to general questions on the hiring/employment process from internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
  • Responsible for the credential review of candidates being considered for interview or hire. Work with hiring managers to ensure candidates and selected new employees meet posted qualifications.
  • Provide support as needed in the job offer process including extending contingent and official offers.
  • Serve as backup to the HR Employment Assistant as needed for creating & managing postings in the applicant tracking system and processing criminal background checks, as well as back up the HR Manager.

Required Education and Experience should include:

  • Bachelor's degree with work experience in the employment or hiring process OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated Human Resources experience in hiring, recruitment, or other employment process activities.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage processes.
