Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and clients, and respond to inquiries timely and professionally
Ensure client deadlines and deliverables are met
Communicate with clients by phone and email
Act as an escalation point and work to improve standardized processes
Assist the Project Manager to identify any errors and resolve issues
Collaborate with business partners, clients, and project managers
Assist with quality assurance
Qualifications:
JD degree from a US law school, or foreign law degree and LLM
Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to keep deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Build and maintain relationships with clients
The anticipated pay rate for this position is $30/hr. You will be eligible for LHH benefits which include health insurance, holiday pay, 401K and you are eligible for a bonus program.
