Qualifications:- Must have CDL A & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
- Team drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.56 to $.66 cpm depending on route and experience.

- Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
