Tri-State Physical Therapy, affiliated with Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is recruiting an energetic and compassionate full-time Patient Access Specialist/Customer Service Representative to work in the Front Office primarily in their North Hills Physical Therapy Office with possible occasional travel for coverage at our other offices located in Fox Chapel, Robinson Township, and Seven Fields.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication/Listening Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Computer Knowledge and Proficient Computer Skills
  • Positive and Upbeat Attitude
  • Detail Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Physical Therapy or Medical Experience Preferred, but not required; on-the-job training provided

SCHEDULE:

This position carries a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. The shifts can vary depending on coverage needs. The office hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
