PAY:

  • $27-31/HR ($0.50 Shift Differential for 2nds and 3rds)
  • 10-15 hours/week OT

SHIFT OPTIONS:

  • 2 nd Shift: 4:00p 2:30a
  • 3 rd Shift: 9:00p 7:30a
  • Set schedules and no mandatory extra days

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 2 or more years of experience:

  • Performing pump rebuilds, sensor calibrations, and PM s on Vilter and Frick compressors
  • Performing ammonia pump outs safely.
  • Micro troubleshooting
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions .
  • Past Ammonia Refrigeration and Utilities Technician titles/ work.
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude .
  • Mechanical systems, utilizing product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings.
  • Basic Computer skills and the ability to run various computer applications such as: Microsoft Office Products, and CMMS program .
  • Must be able to do mathematical calculations .
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical diagrams .
  • Basic Electrical knowledge to include NFPA 70e requirements .
  • Must currently hold Ammonia Operator I or equivalent certification.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to successfully complete the Boiler Operator I certification within 18 months of job assignment.
  • Must be able to successfully complete the Ammonia Operator II certification within 18 months of job assignment.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Education: High school or Equivalent.
  • Be willing to complete drug and background checks.
