Job Title: Installer Technician
Pay Range: $20/hr
Location/Onsite/Remote: Onsite 5X/week Phoenix, AZ- travel required all mileage reimbursed!
Potential for growth, working with a National Healthcare Organization, one of the largest employers in Arizona.
This role will require travel to the East and West Valley, all mileage will be reimbursed.
Looking for candidates with experience upgrading/installing hardware.

Details
- Hardware swaps, in place upgrades, customer focused work
- Asset management responsibilities, cable management, needs people that can speak to end users.
- Some of the devices need to be upgraded to Windows 11
- Some have McAfee that need to be removed
- Some may require reimage
- Desktop type experience, hardware/equipment, download applications, imaging
- Will need strong face-to-face customer service, will need to coordinate with WFH staff to come into the office to update their computers.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Deploy / Install equipment and software within clinical facilities
- Update asset tracking inventory in accordance with work instructions
- Resolve reported incidents in the software & hardware environment
- Maintain incident management system with up to date information on ticket progress
- Must be able to lift desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT related equipment
