The Part time Staff RN will provide leadership, coordination, and professional services to seniors through an interdisciplinary approach. The Nurse will lead our team Care Professionals in order to provide the highest level of care to clients in-home and facility settings. Position requires at least 2 years supervisory experience or equivalent as well as clinical experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Client Assessments
- Provide quality assurance Client/family calls or visits
- Perform assessment of Clients
- Perform Client Supervisory Assessments
- Oversight of and support to RNs/LPNs
- Lead the Quality Improvement Committee
- Back-up the training RN
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current License by the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable, insured automobile
