Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager located in Leola, PA. The Environment, Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities related to health and safety in the workplace. This includes ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, conducting accident investigations, providing training, and implementing occupational health programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of experience managing EHS issues
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety
- Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Proficient in Occupational Health
- Experience in accident investigation
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Relevant certifications or degrees in related fields
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
