JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a financial institution looking to bring on an Accounting Manager due to rapid growth. As Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the accounting operations related to the firm's investment portfolio. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth. This is a on-site opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and reviews with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor cash flow and fund performance, providing timely analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in investments
- Effective communicator with the ability to interact confidently with senior management, external auditors, and stakeholders
