Requirements
What You Will Do
- To repair perishable header tooling in support of the header department.
- Issue tooling to Work orders and to the floor.
- Ability to measure and inspect header tool to detect issues and insure to specification.
- Able to read and understand too prints and tool assembly prints.
- Ability to utilize Hobbing press to disassemble and assemble tools.
- Ability to operate tool room machines to repair tools if needed (lathe, I.D/O.D grinder, hone and surface grinder) is a plus.
- Interface with colleagues to distribute items from crib and properly perform transactions in the ERP system, transacting both incoming and outgoing items to the floor.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 years of cold heading experience or die assembly/repair.
- Basic computer skills; email, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Monday through Friday, 10 working hours daily.
- Saturday work when necessary.

Work Environment
- Clean, professional, well-kept manufacturing plant.
- Non air conditioned environment.
Physical Demands
- 80% of the time sitting.
- will require walking and standing as well for 10 hr. shift.
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 30 lbs. regularly.
- Attention to detail is required.
