OFFICE MANAGER


Job Details

Description:

  • Office Manager will handle all payroll have 3 companies they run payroll out of
  • 80 employees total over the 3 companies they run payroll for
  • Handling all payroll duties inputting timesheets, missing punches report, and processing payroll(since they moved to Paychex, the system will handle other duties like direct deposits, taxes, etc.)
  • Payroll probably takes about 2 days to process and doing bi-weekly payroll and the rest of the time is Administrative/HR functions
  • HR is the portion that takes more time / employees coming to them, onboarding new employees, going over benefits, probationary period is up and get onto benefits
  • Critical for beginning and end of the year for them
  • Processing W2s at the beginning of the year
  • Helps out with logistics of Christmas parties, events, meetings, etc.
  • Ordering office supplies, going to the bank or store if they need something in the office, etc.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

  • 2-3 years of Administrative/Office Management experience (i.e. experience with payroll, HR administration, benefits, W2's, etc.)
  • Someone who has a strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of payroll (doesn't need to be extensive in the accounting/payroll space)
  • Someone who has good internal customer service experience (i.e. onboarding, etc.)
  • Previous experience ordering office supplies
  • Previous experience handling logistics for events, meetings, etc.
  • Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word) - basic knowledge / does not need to be advanced
