Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.
Required
Nurse Practitioner
Master s Degree in Nursing
Physician Assistant
A college degree as a Physician s Assistant from a recognized university, affiliated with a medical school
Preferred
One (1) year experience.
