Administrative Assistant / Records Manager


Job Details

Provide all aspects of office administrative support functions. Provide staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions (e.g., formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents). Use Microsoft Office Suite and other application products, as required, to create, modify and manipulate spreadsheets, word documents, and presentations to support customer events and senior leadership. Assist with the administrative duties for government staff personnel in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). Tasks include monitoring access to the SCIF, preparing and maintaining essential logistics and security requirements for the SCIF. In addition, provide security support for special access programs as required.
