The Van/ Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting hotels guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle in a timely and courteous manner. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Duties entail but not limited to the following: Job Duties Check Shuttle Log/ shuttle board and check for special shuttle requirements or discounts; Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation; Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip; Inspect property vehicle for damage and ensure both the interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean, neat and ready at the start of and the end of each shift; Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary; Ensure that all lights, signals, mirrors, brakes, seat belts, etc. are functioning and in go...Shuttle Driver, Shuttle, Driver, Vehicle, Grocery
