Deskside Support Technician


Job Details

We are looking for a highly-motivated technician looking to support end-users in a fast paced environment.

Required Skills - Technician, helpdesk, end-user support

Job Duties -

* Install, Configure And Troubleshoot Both In-House And Third-Party Applications

* Install Configure And Troubleshoot Computer Hardware On Laptops And Desktops

* Configure And Support Mobile Devices Including Iphones, Ipads And Other Peripheral Devices

* Image, Configure And Deploy Desktops And Laptops To End Users

* Engage With And Escalate Tickets To Senior Technicians

* Other Physical Work On Site When Needed (Deploy/Move Equipment Etc)

* Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues With Users Working From Home

* Setup, Configure And Troubleshoot Virtual Machines Other Tasks As Necessary
