Customer Success Specialist


Job Details

Our client is searching for an individual with a customer service oriented background. There will be room for growth and a supportive environment to grow from any related background into a new role!


Responsibilities:


  • Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone and email
  • Coordinate account and payment information with customers, input data to Excel and internal system
  • Process inbound inquiries
  • Confirm invoices and review documents for accuracy
  • Maintain organization with filing, handling administrative tasks, and reviewing mail
  • Provide support to internal departments and external clients
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • 1+ year internship/professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with work experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and Excel
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
