Responsibilities:
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Coordinate account and payment information with customers, input data to Excel and internal system
- Process inbound inquiries
- Confirm invoices and review documents for accuracy
- Maintain organization with filing, handling administrative tasks, and reviewing mail
- Provide support to internal departments and external clients
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ year internship/professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with work experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers and Excel
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
