Customer Care Associate - Personal Lines

A Receivables and Collection Customer Care Associate answers and responds to inbound telephone calls from policyholders and internal departments. A Customer Care Associate provides assistance, superior customer service and monitors policyholder accounts for accurate invoicing.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assistance and customer service in a professional and timely manner to policyholders and internal departments
  • Review accounts for accurate invoicing, payments and reimbursements
  • Process and verify adjustments to policyholder accounts
  • Analyze and review daily reports
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior listening skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous call center experience handling inbound calls is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual skills are a plus


The Salary range for this role is $40,500 - $47,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
