Softtek is seeking a Desktop Support Technician-MES to fill a long-term contract role in Toledo, OH. This will be working in a fast-paced global enterprise environment and will require the MES technician to work onsite.

Job Description:
Provide MES support to all functional departments focusing on production area. Respond to calls for support. Diagnose equipment and configuration issues with a variety of applications at user s desk, via helpdesk support tools, e-mail or phone (radio call). Training on client in-house MES system will be provided.
