Location: Asheville, NC - Must be able to come into the Asheville office for first 90 days, then has the ability to be fully remote

Your Primary Responsibilities

The primary objective of the PAP Intake team is to provide patients with high quality customer support, while guiding them through the process of getting set up for CPAP or BiPAP therapy. Some of the primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Provide customer service to patients diagnosed with sleep apnea, through phone and email support
  • Serve as liaison between medical offices, insurance providers, and patients, to provide the prescribed therapy
  • Analyze account data to provide information and solutions to patients regarding insurance, billing, compliance, and PAP therapy
  • Schedule patients for PAP delivery and clinical appointments
  • Troubleshooting PAP machines, masks, and therapy, and provide solutions to ensure patient adherence
  • Partner with other teams, within Aeroflow Sleep, to achieve a cohesive team atmosphere and better service our patients
  • Maintain HIPAA/Patient confidentiality
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service related field
Starting pay of $18/hr
