Job Details
For this position, we are looking for a professional who is able to complete many different tasks. While the position states part-time, we are looking for someone who can work up to 40 hours a week, depending on the job. The pay is $20-30/hr based on experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license without restrictions
Ability to drive to different locations daily, if necessary
Knowledge of basic tools and how to use them
Must have your own tools
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, rough and finish carpentry, minor repairs, etc.
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more
Ability to follow direction and complete scope of work in a timely manner
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to complete minor repairs
Clean up after each day on the job
