Develop and implement individual and group activities for the clients in coordination with the Executive Director.

Recreation coordinator job duties:
- Able to cope with crisis and emergency situations in a calm manner.
- Understands adolescent therapeutic techniques and how it impacts the clients.
- Helps support staff in following the daily schedule.
- Makes adjustments to the daily schedules the clients follow.
- Contributes to the treatment plan updates on a monthly basis.
- Provides different activities to the clients we serve.
- Helps on the floor as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
