As a Homemaker / Companion, you will provide long-term care for the elderly by assisting them with daily activities.
Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities which includes but is not limited to, assisting the patient with activities of daily living such as:
Assisting with ambulation and transfers (Gait belt and Hoyer Lift),
Meal and snack preparation,
Assisting with dressing and grooming,
Accompanies patient to errands or medical appointments,
Medication reminders,
Light housekeeping activities.
