About You

We are looking for a valued team member who has experience in shipping and receiving to support our company's operations. Attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking, and independent working will be keys to success in this growing organization. You will be responsible for maintaining LegalCorp Solutions' compliance by providing notice to the companies we represent during the time we voluntarily or involuntarily resign as the Registered Agent. Ultimately, you will act as backup support for our mail handling team by sorting/processing incoming and outgoing mail.

The Mail Processor at LegalCorp Solutions is responsible for maintaining the company's compliance by notifying a business of resignation based on the state's regulations. This role involves handling a variety of tickets, processing queues, & resignation requests.

What You'll Do

Communication Engagement:
  • Engage with mail providers & servers in a professional and helpful manner to address process inquiries and resolve issues.
Monitoring Tickets & Request Queue
  • Monitor tickets and request queue for resignation requests & inquiries.
  • Identify any invalid resignation requests
  • Respond to and manage all requests promptly and accurately.
Account Research:
  • Common Theme Identification for Resignations
  • Identifying valid mailing addresses when receiving returned to sender notices.
Mail Handling and Verification:
  • Confirm shipping addresses for notices requiring forwarding Provide backup support for LegalCorp Mail Handlers as needed.
  • Uploading any Return to Sender notices returned to our office.
Special Projects:
  • Assist with various projects as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support team.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 1 year plus Customer service experience, preferably in a legal or corporate services setting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • 1 year plus experience in Microsoft Office
Benefits/Compensation:
  • Pay rate: $15.00 - 17.00/hr (Dependent upon Qualifications)
