Description:
Reports to: Supply Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Warehouse associate's primary duties are to pull work orders and build materials kits according to the bill of materials.
Pulls parts and builds kit cart according to work orders
Identifies shortages from kits built
Follows schedule needed from Stockroom Lead
Restocks freight according to FIFO procedures
Maintains organization of stock room including emptying trash and breaking down boxes
Restocks raw materials daily
Works closely with Inventory Control Coordinator on part shortages
Reports inventory discrepancies to Stockroom Lead
Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years Warehouse experience required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Computer Skills - experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems a plus.
Good Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, perform basic math problems.
Ability to use Scanning equipment for picking parts.
Working knowledge of stock room basics and an understanding of a bill of materials for picking parts to complete work orders.
Experience using a picker or a forklift
