We are seeking a full-time dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to facilitate workflow for our injectable and skincare providers at our partner clinic AesthetiCare Medspa located in Liberty, MO.

The primary role is to manage scheduling client appointments, greet clients when they arrive, and have knowledge of the services performed. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in aesthetics, product sales, communicating with clients in-person, as well as through online channels, we would like to meet you!Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients at check in/out patients, provide new patient paperwork & consents for procedures
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an appointment calendar
• Operating point of sale systems
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and monthly sales
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
• Convert potential patients
• Assist with coordinating events, including open houses or Botox parties
• Decorate and maintain organization in aesthetic retail and work space
• Attend and fully participate in all team meetings

Requirements

• Prior Medical Spa experience preferred
