This position is for a Premium Window Specialist This position requires a broad knowledge of clad, wood and
Architectural windows and door, estimating, building codes related to windows and doors and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand construction plans.
- Read and understand window and door specifications.
- Have a strong understanding of building specifications related to windows and doors.
- Ability to write an RFI.
- Know current building codes related to windows and doors.
- Have a working experience in window and door quoting software in Vinyl, Wood, and Aluminum.
- Able to utilize Procore software.
- Provide clear communication in writing and/or verbally with Manager, Sales Team, Contractors, and Architects.
- Provide complete detailed window and door take offs.
- Pricing projects.
