Growing Company near US Cellular Field is seeking 3 Production Supervisors!
This company has 1 opening on 1st shift which is 6am - 4:30pm and 2 openings on 2nd shift which is 4:30pm - 3am.
This company offers Unlimited PTO and a 4 day work week!
The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the machinery is functional
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
- Lead team members Track metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
