We are on the search for an Asset Manager to join a growing team and organization in Greenville, SC. This role will work closely with leadership to analyze risks within a portfolio and provide solutions for the business.

Essential Duties & Functions:
- Manage a portfolio of at-risk and delinquent commercial real estate loans, across multiple property types, with risk management and loss mitigation as primary objectives.
- Administer the recovery or exit of complex transactions through restructuring debt, negotiating settlement agreements, pursuit of appropriate legal action and/or collateral liquidation.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate projects within any phase.
- Minimize potential losses to the company by identifying areas of concern and/opportunities, report on potential and/or known issues, and implement solutions
- Continuously monitor risks in the portfolio and propose action plans directed towards resolving further potential deterioration.
- Create, generate, and maintain monthly and quarterly asset performance reports for internal and external use.
- Prepare recommendations on troubled assets for presentation to senior management and investors.
- Monitor delinquencies, operating statements, watchlists, and collateral condition reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Finance, with a real estate focus or related field, preferred
- 5-7+ years of asset management experience or relevant experience; understanding of real estate in a business sense
- Provide an excellent customer experience to internal and external clients.
- Ability to perform detailed research and follow through to completion.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong problem solving, data collection, analysis, and decision-making skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines.
