Job Details
Experience of diagnosis and repair on CNC machine tools manufactured by Fives, Giddings & Lewis, and Mazak. These machines use a range of controls of different generations such as Fanuc, Mazatrol and Giddings & Lewis
A knowledge of AC and DC drives used in linear axis control and spindle controls is required, along with an understanding of precise measuring systems.
Experience of weld cladding equipment would be advantageous.
A knowledge of mechanical adjustments on machine tools would be desirable.
