They are looking to hire someone like you to join them as their Senior Director, Biostatistics being a hands-on leader in charge of several novel therapeutic compounds, leading the compound strategy and design, and managing two direct reports. You will be the most senior person in the biostatistics group and reporting into the VP Biometrics who oversees Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data Management who has a nice team size in-house as well as overseeing CRO work.
Job Requirements / Role Responsibilities:
- Small to Mid-size Biotech experience
- Hands-on Leadership experience
- Non-Oncology or Oncology clinical trial experience
- Built department SOP s, processes, tools, and standards
- Global Program/Compound Lead
- Manage CRO s and Vendors
