Job Details

Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare environments? We're seeking a visionary Healthcare Architect to join our team and lead the design of innovative spaces that promote healing, wellness, and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate:

You must be a good person who is a lifelong learner.

You must care about the work you do… because we care about the work we do. We find people who care the most about their work do the best work.

You need to be a good communicator and collaborator because we believe the best solutions come from the sharing of ideas and open dialogue.

You need to know how a building goes together, understand varying construction techniques and their sequences, and can picture in your mind what each step looks like if you were standing in the field doing it for real. ABOUT ADG

If you are tired of the grind of a large corporate firm, we should talk. If you know better ways of working but keep running into “this is how it's always been done”, we should talk.

We are a small 24-year old architecture firm with three things occurring:

  • CHANGE. Ownership transitioned last year from the founders to our new savvy president who seeks to leverage new technology/processes to improve the way we work. For you this is an opportunity to collaborate on change with a team who wants to accomplish great things. If you have ideas based on experience and look to share and implement them, then let's make this happen.

  • GROWTH. We have a solid base of work which affords us the ability to invest in our future. Be part of a team focused on being strategic in how we progress the industry and ourselves personally, that is a big step in the right direction.

  • DO GOODERS. We are very sincere about hiring good people who want to do good work, do good for people, do good for the planet, and do good for themselves. For people to do their best, they must first be doing good for themselves in all aspects of life…and we look for ways to help people accomplish everything they want personally and professionally. We talk about all these things and build our internal processes to allow this to occur, to be firing on all cylinders professionally and personally, to work like a well-oiled machine in mind and body. We strive to Always Do Good.

With all this, ADG has a great reputation and a solid base of work. We have one foot in the old school of solid fundamentals of good architecture practice and the other foot focused on how projects are designed and delivered for more efficiency and more accuracy going forward. This means we are in a rare situation that is a little bit like a start-up with a solid base of work and want to have some good, healthy fun along the way.
