We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year
- Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to improve process efficiencies
- Provide monthly corporate financial reporting, KPIs, and quarterly operating reviews that provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain an integrated long-term planning model capable of capturing key business drivers and supporting business insights
- Create, measure, and maintain metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and productivity
- Participate in the company s bottoms-up budgeting process, collaborating with division leaders to ensure accountability to the budget
- Support operational and strategic initiatives and business projects across various business units
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of FP&A experience
- Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach
- Strong and proactive communication skills, with a strong service-orientated approach
- The ability to explain complex topics clearly both verbally and in writing
