About the Job


The Operations Process Manager is responsible for optimizing business operations through the design and implementation of digital processes and resources. You will work with cross-functional teams in Sales, Engineering, Fulfillment and Services to develop digital solutions, improve existing workflows, and integrate new technologies. The role involves monitoring process performance, providing technical training and support, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading the digital team.


What you ll be doing:


  • Design, develop, and implement digital processes to optimize the performance of our energy storage operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Utilize digital tools to map, analyze, and improve existing processes and worflows, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the integration of new digital tools and technologies into our workflow.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new digital processes and tools.
  • Ensure all digital process initiatives comply with company policies.


Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role.
  • Familiarity with sales business process and CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience with Quickbase, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
  • Excellent documentation skills, process-oriented thinking, and ability to organize and create solution documents.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, proactive mindset, strong sense of teamwork, and willingness to accept challenges.
  • Proficient in various process management tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
