Job Title: Plant Controller (Full-Time Consulting Role)
We're actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Controller to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in our operations, providing financial management and insightful solutions for our plant. Our Plant Controllers engage with different sectors and expand their knowledge of various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial functions at the plant level
- Develop, assess, and enhance the financial processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Lead the preparation of financial reports and summaries, providing insights and recommendations for plant improvements
- Collaborate with the plant management team to support financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
- Manage all audit and internal control processes at the plant level
- Drive cost savings initiatives and efficiency improvements
Expectations:
- CPA or CMA Certification is mandatory
- Prior experience in Big Four accounting firms
- Background in both public and private sectors, with an emphasis on manufacturing
- Solid experience with financial implementations
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite, SAP
- Willingness to commit to 42-45 hours of work per week
- Ability and openness to onsite opportunities within the Salt Lake City and Lehi areas
