OVERVIEW:

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.



IMPORTANT:

  • Client will be offering candidates based off the resume hence no interviews.
  • Start date: Monday, 07/15/2024 (Orientation & Equipment & Zoom Technical Call)
  • BYOD (Bring your own devices), Candidate will be working on their own devices (Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS...OR ...MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher. Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed).
  • Candidates requesting time off within the first 90 days of employment must seek approval before applying for this role.
  • Duration of this project would be 6 Months with possible temp-to-hire.
  • 4-5 weeks (This depends on how well the class is moving along in training)
  • Candidate will be working from home throughout the assignment.
  • Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed.
  • Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.
  • Work schedule is 9:00 AM -6: 00 PM (Pacific Time).
  • Must be Bilingual: English & one of the following -

o Spanish

o Cantonese

o Japanese

o Korean

o Mandarin

o Tagalog

o Thai

o Laotian


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • California HCO is a state program.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: At least HS diploma OR GED. (Proof of education is must)
  • BYOD (Bring your own devices), Candidate will be working on their own devices (Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS...OR ...MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher. Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed).
  • Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience within healthcare/insurance/pharma industry.
  • Must be Bilingual: English & one of the following -


o Spanish

o Cantonese

o Japanese

o Korean

o Mandarin

o Tagalog

o Thai

o Laotian
