RPS Assembly Support II

Our RPS positions are quite flexible in order to consistently produce our products to customer requirements. Our RPS team members work hands on to manufacture product needed for customer demand and to meet on time delivery for optimum customer satisfaction.
Basic Background requirements:
- Successfully Interview with relevant hiring team
- Previous production soldering experience preferred (preferred)
- Detail orientated, must be good with inventory and numbers
- Expert Solder certified
Key Performance Objectives Include:
Week 1:
- Complete IPC 610/J-STD-001 Training and pass post training assessment
- If not already accomplished
- Complete hand solder training and pass post training assessment
Week 2 - 6 months
- Learn and comply with: ESD Requirements, Kronos Timekeeping, Standard Operation Procedures, and basic computer skills, Word Excel, and SAP
- Begin On-The-Job-Training with assigned trainer; Listen and follow instructions
- Participate in 45-day review process
- Assemble prototypes from customer documentation
- Package and ship prototypes, enter data required to close shop orders.
- Must be able to accurately maintain inventory counts and check in material needed for builds.
- Complete Yellow Belt Training and required project
6 months +
- Learn all assembly/documentation processes associated with prototype orders
- Keep personal information up-to-date and accurate in ESS
- Follow all handbook practices
- Maintain attendance record with less than 2% absenteeism rate
- Operate assembly equipment
- Work effectively as a team with other members of the line/group.
