Responsibilities:
* Answer and redirect phone calls
* Filing, mailing, scanning, spreading, faxing, and photocopying
* Assist with the preparation of reports
* Order office supplies
* Coordinate Handyman services
* Bank check deposits
* Amazon shopping services for clients
* Other duties as assigned
Skills:-
* Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
