Job Details

A client of ours in the Security industry is seeking a Timekeeping Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience and experience with ADP or Epay. Responsibilities:


  • Regularly assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor system processes accordingly.
  • Implement enhancements or new processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of sites and posts within E-Pay.
  • Regularly review and update site and post information as needed.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure alignment with organizational structure and needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee pay rates and client billing rates in E-Pay.
  • Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes for any inaccuracies.
  • Implement corrective measures to ensure accurate coding and billing.
  • Oversee scheduling processes to ensure accurate payment calculations for Explosive Detection Canine Handlers.
  • Collaborate with training and care departments to streamline scheduling and ensure compliance with payment regulations.
  • Implement systems for monitoring and reporting scheduling errors and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Provide data and insights from E-Pay audits to facilitate process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits within E-Pay to verify the accuracy of sites, posts, pay rates, and billing rates.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing audit findings and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Provide coaching and ongoing support to Scheduling Representatives to ensure accurate compensation for employees.
  • Promote and institutionalize best practices within the team to optimize E-Pay usage and adherence to policies.
