As an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Brewton, AL, you'll be the guardian of our state-of-the-art machinery, driving progress and maintaining the pulse of our operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure optimal performance of plant machinery and equipment through meticulous inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain safety and quality as your top priorities, adhering strictly to all procedures and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and boost production efficiency.
- Work autonomously across the foundry, showcasing your troubleshooting prowess.
- Excel in PLC troubleshooting, keeping our production processes seamless.
- Champion safety and environmental compliance, creating a safe workplace for all.
- Leverage predictive maintenance to avert equipment failures, ensuring continuous production.
- Promptly report any safety concerns, ensuring a proactive approach to workplace health.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years'experience in industrial equipment maintenance within an industrial setting.
- Specialized in PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics for systems 480v and under.
- Welding know-how is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in predictive maintenance techniques.
- Willing to work 3rd shift production.
- Unwavering commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Independent task management with minimal oversight.
- Proactive in reporting safety issues.
