Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock inbound shipments
- Pick, prepare, and pack customer orders
- Enter orders into shipping systems for dispatch and tracking
- Assist with product configuration and custom assemblies
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain warehouse and shop floor equipment
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in logistics or vocational training preferred
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to operate carousel and forklift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Consent to a background check and pre-employment drug screening (conditional offer based on results)
