Position Responsibilites:
-Teaching how to read CAD to more analytical peers.
- Verify and confirm the architects' building plans from the construction team matches the order requests from procurement which matches what was handed to the facilities service's organization for projects ranging from new builds to remodels and eventually all fleets.
- Be involved in the design and installation stages of projects for new and modification of existing assets and conduct and develop various analysis methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes.

- Previous experience in retail store layout or site planning
- Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Proficient in reading and writing SQL queries from scratch.
Desired Skills and Experience: (ranked in order of importance):
-4+ years' experience in CAD design
- Revit (preferred), BIM, or AutoCAD
- Advanced knowledge of CAD Design Systems, AutoCAD 2013, AutoCAD MEP 2013
- Experience in 3D modeling & drafting.
- Proficient in Microsoft (especially Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with leadership & team members
- Prior experience educating peers in understanding how to read CAD.
