Job Details

Essential Responsibilities:Organize order entry materials for shop processing. Accurately interpret and process various customer documents. Maintain communication among the customer fulfillment team in respect to any customer or field inquiries for missing information (logs, flight hours, maintenance history, etc.)Proactively work to resolve issues preventing orders from being released from holds. In addition, it is expected of the CSA to escalate issues of concern to the appropriate team member and follow up on resolutions. Responsibility for off-site records retention (contact with vendor and organization related to record retention)Lockheed Exostar portal for shipment of product to Lockheed. Qualifications/ Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in a customer service-related role)Desired Characteristics:Experience with Oracle Golf ERP - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
